I provide evidence-based psychological therapy to individual clients in-person and via telehealth.

Therapeutic modalities that I am trained in and utilise regularly include:

✼ Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR Therapist) (not a talk therapy)

✼ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Compassion Focussed Therapy

✼ Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

✼ Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

 all of these therapies can be adapted to suit individuals.


Sometimes clients present with a single problem they’d like to focus on, other times there is a complex history of multiple mental and physical diagnoses, complex and multiple traumas, chronic pain, hormonal challenges, and more. Depending on your needs, I aim to support you, either myself or helping you find the right professional(s) to support you. For more information about different therapies, see this blog post.
